Don't fear the future!
The other day I came across this super cheesy quote, and along with some conversations that I have had lately, it gave me the idea for this blog… It reads, “The past is your lesson. The present is your gift. The future is your motivation.” So I started thinking of ways how this could apply to the life of a Believer, and I came up with this altered version of the quote… “The past is your testimony, the present is your purpose, and the future is your promise.” And I want to write about each part of this quote, but I really want to focus on the last part... “The future is your promise.” The future can honestly be a scary thing to think about… Thinking about all of the possibilities of the future comes with all the worries about what could happen, what couldn't happen, or what could go wrong... “What if heaven doesn't even exist?
